If you would like to update your method of payment on file, you must email hello@joybyte.com or contact us at 480.787.5665.
How do I cancel my monthly subscription?
If you are on a monthly subscription plan and would like to cancel your subscription, you must request to have your account canceled by emailing hello@joybyte.com or contacting us at 480.787.5665 72 hours before your scheduled pay date.
If your monthly billing date has passed, your service will be canceled upon the next billing date. Prorated or full refunds will not be issued.
